Arundhati Bhattacharya is a retired Indian banker and former Chairman of the State Bank of India. She is the first woman to be the Chairman of State Bank of India. In 2016, she was listed as the 25th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes.
Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti an eminent chartered accountant, has vast experience in audit, tax and consulting. He is the Chairman of New Haribhakti Business Services LLP and Mentorcap Management Pvt.Ltd. He is a strong supporter of a clean and green environment and is a pioneer of the concept of ‘innovating to zero’ in the social context. Mr. Haribhakti serves on the board of several companies and advisory boards.
Mr. Nilesh Shah is the Managing Director (MD) of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Co Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in capital markets and market related investments, having managed funds across equity, fixed income securities and real estate for local and global investors. Mr. Nilesh has held leadership roles with Axis Capital, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Franklin Templeton and ICICI securities. He was part of the team that received the best fund house of the year award at Franklin Templeton as well as at ICICI Prudential. His hobbies include reading and educating investors on financial planning. He has also co-authored book on Financial Planning called "A Direct Take".
Pradip Shah started IndAsia in April 1998. IndAsia entered into a joint venture with AMP in 2001 for the private equity business in India. Prior to starting IndAsia, he helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994 in association with affiliates of Chase Capital Partners and Soros Fund Management. Before starting Indocean, he was the founder Managing Director of The Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), India’s first and largest credit rating agency. While at CRISIL, Pradip was instrumental in technology transfer to, and the training of personnel of, Rating Agency Malaysia Berhad. While at CRISIL, Pradip rated over 800 companies, both listed and unlisted, private and public sector, across industry domains, building close relationships with entrepreneurial leaders and top managements. Prior to founding CRISIL, Pradip assisted in founding Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) in 1977. Before joining HDFC, Pradip was a Project Officer at ICICI Limited. Pradip has also served as a consultant to USAID, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant, and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. Pradip is currently chairman of Kansai Nerolac, Grindwell Norton, Sonata Software and Director of BASF (India), Godrej & Boyce, Hardy Oil and Gas (U.K.), Pfizer, Tata Investment Corporation, Kancor Ingredients and KSB Pumps, amongst other companies.
